Coffee, Cakes & Classic Cars | September 2019 Meet
E-Type UK & DM Historics are incredibly excited for the upcoming instalment of the wonderful Coffee, Cakes & Classic Cars event. On 21st September the workshops will welcome a host of local car clubs, enthusiasts and owners, gathering a wonderful selection of classic automobiles for visitors to admire. The event runs from 10am to 1pm Saturday 21st September.
As the third iteration of the wonderfully successful Coffee, Cakes & Classic Cars event fast approaches, it is with great pleasure that we can officially welcome a number of fantastic enthusiast car clubs set to join us later this month. Members of the Aston Martin Owners Club, Rolls-Royce Club, Land Rover Series One Club, E-type Club, Jaguar XK Club, TVR Club as well as the Ford Lotus Cortina Registry will all be in attendance at our facility in Hadlow, Kent.
E-Type UK and DM Historics will be serving complimentary teas and coffees, alongside some cakes and snacks, all in the name of the MS Society Charity. Lunch will also be available on-site as guests can expect a wonderful selection of food and drink from local suppliers, including, available to order fresh wood-fired pizza from the back of a converted Land Rover, as well as a variety of freshly brewed coffees all served out of a converted bespoke rice horsebox trailer.
Among the stunning classics attending you'll find a fabulous preserved ex-Pebble Beach participant XK120, restored Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II by H.J Mulliner, 1965 E-type lightweight recreation and Aston Martin DB2/4 restoration project just waiting to be returned to glory. Don't miss our 'How To' workshop demonstrations and running of E-Type UK's fully upgraded cars and much more.
There will also be an exclusive pre-1960s parking area, where proud owners and clubs can present their pride and joys all in one place. If you would like to enter a car into our pre-1960 parking, please email your request to media@etypeuk.com, spots will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. We look forward to seeing everyone there, and can’t wait to see all your glorious classics on-show.
