Jaguar Specialist Reviews The London Classic Car
For Jaguar specialist E-Type UK’s first London Classic Car show at the ExCel in London, the E-type sales and restoration specialist, decided to demonstrate its ability to restore an early Series 1 flat floor car to its original factory specification and compliment this by showing off our ability to restore and upgrade to a fast road specification another early series 1 E-type.
The first car was a Jaguar E-type early series 1, flat floor roadster. Chassis 309 had undergone a total restoration to Jaguar factory original specification including its eye catching pearl grey colour. The other E-type was a beautiful 1963 Series 1 Roadster in black with a red leather which had been extensively upgraded to a fast road specification that was for sale.
Visitors were impressed by the the range and quality of restoration of both E-types but the Jaguar specialist, E-Type UK, did not stop there as they decided to exhibit a Jaguar e-type series 3 V12 engine with fuel injection. This unique and bespoke piece of kit, really caught the attention of Jaguar enthusiasts and classic car fans throughout.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that helped make the show a phenomenal success for us and would like to highlight E-Type UK’s top moments:
- Bradley Walsh’s visit to our stand
- Suzi Perry telling us how she wanted to lick E-Type UK’s fully restored chassis 309 in pearl grey
- Bob and Marcus from E-Type UK, Kent being interviewed for a global radio station
- The E-Type UK customers who visited the stand. It was pleasure to meet up with Nathan, Lee, Trevor, Roger, Mike and others again.
A final thank you to everyone who visited the E-Type UK stand and we hope to welcome new and returning customers to our Jaguar specialist workshop in Hadlow, Kent soon.
