The E-Type Assessment gives us the opportunity to understand your car properly before recommending a programme of work.
START WITH THE CAR
Rather than beginning with a list of upgrades, we begin by assessing your E-Type and understanding what you want from it.
Whether your priority is greater dependability, easier long-distance touring, sharper driving responses or something more individual, the Assessment establishes the right starting point.
It also helps us distinguish between areas that genuinely need attention and components that are better left alone.
WHAT WE ASSESS
The Assessment considers the areas most relevant to the condition, usability and intended use of your E-Type, including where appropriate:
- Engine performance and starting
- Fuel and ignition systems
- Cooling
- Charging and electrical systems
- Braking
- Steering and suspension
- Transmission and driveline
- Existing upgrades and modifications
- General road behaviour
The objective is not simply to identify faults, but to understand how the car currently performs and where improvements would make the greatest difference.

Following the Assessment, we will discuss our findings with you and establish a clear route forward.

Where appropriate, we can then prepare a detailed specification and estimate for the proposed work.
